These photos offer a glimpse of an extraordinary birthday party and pig roast that occured in rural Vermont during the summer of 2011.  In this instance, there are parallels between pig roasting and the exhibition of sculpture; the pig roast demanded intensive planning and research, material gathering, a ballsy implementation of the plan followed by a huge party and drunkness.  The pig roast had two distinct benefits however: the end product was edible and delicious and dogs were allowed to attend.  Thanks to Hannah Walsh for the striking imagery.
