At first glance, Nonument 2 manifests the divine ascension of a household kitchen.  The installation, however, is a non-figurative portrait of the artist as a cook.  Photographs of the artists’ studio cooking supplies are arranged in and on a sculptural recreation of the artists’ mother’s stove and cupboard.
